EBay Enterprise and Innotrac have rebranded as Radial, a brand new commerce technology and operations supplier. The move comes following private equity firm Sterling Partners directed a consortium of buyers to acquire Enterprise and purchased Innotrac Corporation at 2014.
As a service retailers can manage cost and enhance profitability for the entire order lifecycle using the Radial global commerce platform, says that the firm. The technology and operations and web shop any cellular app or buy point integrate to enhance how clients’ online orders are fulfilled. The system enables the management of orders and inventory across suppliers and distribution centres.
“Despite allocating substantial funds to omnichannel, many merchants have not evolved fast enough to keep pace with their clients’ demands and expectations,” said Tobias Hartmann, president of Radial. “Radial enables brands to take the ‘walls’ between their physical and electronic shops, providing them an edge to acquiring and keeping clients by providing the type of personalised experiences which keep them coming back for more.”
The business is based in King of Prussia, Pensylvannia, and operates six call centers and 24 distribition centres in Europe, Canada and the United States It employs more than 7,000 people. Clients include GameStop, Designer Shoe Warehouse, Shoe Carnival and Destination XL.
